All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

We currently only ship within the United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours after shipment.

Damages and Lost Packages

Aurea Beauty is not responsible for any products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We recommend retaining all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim with the carrier.
